Enterprise Architecture Leader
Twenty years in IT — grounded in the business side, focused on the problems people actually need to solve.
Background
I came into IT through the business side — an MBA and a curiosity about how organisations think and where they hurt. I started as a Business Analyst at Hansen Technologies, spending years translating complex business needs into solutions for the utilities and energy sector.
That grounding led me to a Product Architect role, shaping how software evolved to meet real customer problems. What sets my approach apart is where I started — I don't just see technology as infrastructure; I see it as a response to a problem someone real is trying to solve.
